[+Payable: Malignant neoplasm (colon, lung, breast, ovary, prostate, testis, bladder, kidney; neoplasm (cervix); lymphoma; appendicitis, bowel obstruction, diverticulitis, calculus (renal or ureteral), acquired kidney cyst, hematuria, abnormal weight loss, diarrhea, abdominal pain (unspecified, RUQ, LUQ, RLQ, LLQ, epigastric), abnormal liver function tests, abdominal injury+]
 [+Nonpayable: flatulence/gas pain, abdominal distention, urinary tract infection.+]
